- Q: Can you supply tea not listed in website?
- A: You're very welcome to enquire about Chinese teas that aren't listed in our website. The tea you're looking for may not be our regular product item, but we're happy to respond to enquiries about any Chinese tea in any price range, and see how we can serve you.

About orders and related costs
- Q: Is there any processing charge and shipment cost?
- A: There is no processing charge and shipment cost on order totaling US$500 or over. The processing charge and shipment cost on order totaling US$250 or below is US$50; on order totaling US$250~500 is US$35. This processing charge helps to cover the cost of filling and packaging small order and processing the payment.

About Pricing and Payment
- Q: What are the price terms and payment ways?
- A: All prices are quoted in US dollars, ex-works Xiamen or Shenzhen of China; We prefer wire transfer to our bank account in China.

About Delivery
- Q: How about the delivery time?
- A: We will have the products prepared within 7 working days. But if you require a special or personal packaging, the time might be longer.

For small orders below 5KGS, we would sent the orders by air express (UPS, Fedex or DHL), and generally speaking it takes 3-5 days. For order above 5KGS, we need to check the order values and required delivery days, and then decide to use the air express or air mail, which take 7-10 days. Both are customs clearance automatically and the door-to-door delivery service.
